To meet our growing US demand, we have built two manufacturing plants in Morrow, GA, to produce our complete line of high-performance plumbing fixtures.

These plants are outfitted with the most technologically advanced equipment in the industry. From the initial molding process to the finishing details, our products are manufactured with computer precision. However, we believe there are stages in the manufacturing process demand the human touch. Our professionally trained quality-control staff personally inspects each TOTO product. Any product that does not meet our stringent quality assurance protocols does not leave the factory.

NEOREST 600

TOTO USA’s NEOREST Integrated Toilet packs the maximum number of technological advances into a minimum amount of space. The first "aware" toilet, smart-sensor design innovations abound. NEOREST's lid automatically opens whenever an individual approaches it. When the individual rises, NEOREST’s lid automatically closes, and the unit automatically flushes. NEOREST automatically conserves water by flushing at 1.2 gallons per flush for liquid waste when its sensor is activated by men standing in front of bowl.

NEOREST has a beautiful, modern low silhouette, resulting from the elimination of the tank and the integration of toilet and Washlet. By integrating TOTO’s Washlet technology, NEOREST reconfigures even the best bathrooms into a super-luxurious home spa.

Operated by wireless remote, NEOREST seat's multi-task functions provide gentle front-and back-aerated warm water spray, which can be regulated for preferred water pressure and temperature. Other features include oscillating spray massage, heated seat, automatic catalytic air deodorizer, and warm air dryer -- all of which are governed by its “Fuzzy Logic” energy-saving mode. Upon installation, NEOREST records usage frequency, then re-educates itself weekly. During times when it remembers infrequent use, NEOREST goes into sleep mode.

NEOREST not only conserves energy -- it also conserves water. It will flush at 1.6 GPF for solid waste or a water conserving 1.2 GPF for liquid waste. In addition, it has a rear nozzle that shoots a swirling cyclonic jet that scours the rim and bowl resulting in a cleaner flush!

NEOREST's Cyclone Flush Engine

TOTO’s engineers have designed a revolutionary flush engine the Cyclone -- for the new tankless NEOREST. To do justice to the technological innovation behind the Cyclone flush engine, one must examine role played by the pioneering Sequential Valve designed by TOTO engineers. This diverter valve channels the incoming water for this tankless toilet, so it is not released directly from the main water source eliminating noise and splash. Instead, the new TOTO valve splits the 1.6 GPF water stream into two channels, which are released in a sequence of three controlled stages.

During the first stage Rim-Scouring Cyclonic Motion a nozzle located at the back of the bowl fires a high-speed stream of water that scours the rim and initiates the water’s Cyclone action. The second stage Siphonic Jet Action increases the water volume of the rapidly rotating current as it circles the bowl and generates a quiet, skillfully-controlled flush, which minimizes noise and splash as the water¹s sustained swirling motion scrubs the bowl clean of all matter. The third stage is a final rim scouring, which cleanses the rim a second time and restores the bowl’s water surface.

The contemporary elegance of the Nexus Toilet’s two-piece bowl and tank are designed to embody the elemental beauty of the boulders that surround mountain soaking pools. The toilet’s Maple SoftClose seat further enhances the design concept. The Nexus Toilet contains TOTO’s renowned G-Max flush engine and is skirted for easy maintenance.

Mercer Suite

TOTO's Mercer Suite belongs to its New Classic design line, a reinterpretation of the traditional design, with an updated fresh look. This suite comprises the Mercer toilet, pedestal and self-rimming lavatories, and airbath.

Inspired by Japanese “furo” culture’s deep soaking rituals and Ayurvedic chromo (color) therapy, TOTO¹s new Mercer Airbath relaxes and heals the body by soaking away the day’s stress and harmonizing the body¹s vital physical, psychological, and emotional energies through chromotherapy. This elliptically shaped, deep-soaking, drop-in acrylic airbath measures 72-inches-by-42-inches and has refined design lines that run its circumference. The self-cleaning air jets are easy to install and maintain—after draining the tub, residual water can be exhausted from the air jets by simply pushing a button.

Baldwin Suite

To its growing traditional design line, TOTO’s adds the Baldwin suite, which uses clean, crisp, simple lines to create a timeless aesthetic that works in harmony with a variety of surrounding styles in the bath. The Baldwin suite’s stylish new bath components include pedestal and self-rimming lavatories, a toilet and a bidet.

With its classic elegance, the Baldwin pedestal lavatory rises a commanding 34 inches from floor to rim, extending TOTO’s growing line of comfortable-height products. This stylish deep lavatory basin mirrors that of the Baldwin toilet with its unique flared design detail, and the generous surface space of this vitreous china lavatory is perfect for toiletries.
