Probably but you have to check the plumbing book vs your fixture load. Each fixture is assigned a factor and when you add them up you get the minimum vent pipe size. With few fixtures 2.5 inch might do. One other consideration is you want to go back to 4" thru the roof in freeze states to prevent vent ice-up.
