That appears to be a Canadian Kenmore range model. I'm afraid Sears Canada does not make their parts diagrams available to outsiders. I have no way to look it up to see how it was designed.

If the clock on your range is a mechanical type and it is not running, either it is not getting power or the clock is defective and needs to be replaced. You shouldn't need to do anything specific to get it running, it should be running continually.
