Butcher Block Countertops
About Sealing
1. The butcher block sealer you choose matters.

2. Butcher block should be sanded before sealing.
3. Apply at least two coats (more if necessary).
4. Remove excess sealer and allow the countertops to dry.
Initially, reseal the butcher block countertops about once a month for a full year. After that you can reseal about once every 6 months.
5. Butcher block countertops need to be resealed regularly.
