Cyber Monday might be your best chance to own one of the most popular robotic vacuums available: the iRobot Roomba j7+. It’s older sibling, the Roomba i7+, won us over in our hands-on review of Roomba models, and now we’re excited to see iRobot taking $200.99 (25%) off the j7+ plus an additional $89.01 from Amazon!
Get the iRobot Roomba j7+ on Amazon for $509.99 (Save $290)
The Roomba j7+ is one of iRobot’s more advanced and newer robotic vacuums in its lineup. Released last year, the robot has the latest object avoidance and room mapping features using iRobot’s PrecisionVision Navigation system. The system gives the robot the ability to recognize and avoid pet waste and power cords on the floor—things the older, more expensive Roomba s9+ won’t avoid—in addition to large objects like furniture.
Beyond its smarts, the j7+ handles cleanup well. With its three-stage cleaning system, the vacuum can handle tough pet hair on carpet and hardwood floors alike. It also has a self-emptying feature that moves dirt and dust it picks up into its charging base for later removal.
To work autonomously, the j7+ automatically learns the layout of any rooms/floors it cleans, either while vacuuming or during special “mapping runs” where it explores the space without running the motor. Once a space is mapped, owners can schedule and manage times the vacuum operates using the Robot Home app.
This Cyber Monday deal is likely to end soon, so don’t miss out on your chance to own one right now!
