Jeff is a career journalist who has written for many publications over two decades, including Rolling Stone, Billboard, The Independent, Variety, Dirt.com, The Real Deal, and many more. Having a perpetually curious mind—which is essential in staying busy—he also writes about real estate, music, books, and renewable energy, including electric cars.
Throughout much of his writing career, Jeff has also been an active real estate investor, buying, selling, flipping, and leasing out property in Brooklyn, New York; New Jersey; Connecticut; and Pennsylvania. He remains involved in real estate to this day, most recently graduating from flipping single family homes to rezoning and developing multiunit buildings.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing from the Riggio Honors Program, Creative Writing at The New School and a Master of Fine Arts in the same field from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
