Bird watchers and birding enthusiasts everywhere, rejoice! Not one, but two of the companies behind the best bird feeder cameras on the market announced exciting and innovative products set to drop this year.

Birdfy unveiled two new products: the Birdfy Bath Pro and the Birdfy Feeder Metal.

The Birdfy Bath Pro takes the same idea behind their ultra-popular bird feeder camera and applies it to a bird bath: it’s a camera-equipped and AI-enabled bird bath that allows users to observe and admire local birds drinking and washing up. Users can peer into the rich, colorful lives of winged visitors via live streaming and recordings, right from their phones. The same AI technology can identify over 6,000 species, and buyers can choose to add a stand if they don’t already own one. If you already own a bird feeder camera and want to add to your birdwatching arsenal, this is the next level up!

The Birdfy Bath Pro is available for pre-order, with prices starting at $200.

The Birdfy Feeder Metal is a metal iteration of its core product; the more durable material allows the bird feeder to withstand more extreme weather conditions. It’s also more chew-proof, which keeps it from being destroyed by other curious animals. Altogether, these upgrades make the Birdfy bird feeder camera longer-lasting than some of the brand’s other models.

The Birdfy Feeder Metal is available for pre-order, with prices starting at $190.

The creators behind Bird Buddy also unveiled their newest gadget, which takes users beyond birds: it’s a new unique camera that tracks plants, insects, and other critters in the garden. The Petal camera (launched by Wonder) is stem-shaped, bendable, and comes with a clip, so users can attach it almost anywhere in the garden. It’s an exciting gadget for those who want to experience life in their yards and gardens on an even smaller scale.

But it gets better: for customers who don’t have natural placements for the Petal camera in their spaces, Wonder also announced the Wonder Blocks. It’s a modular system for housing plants and insects that’s totally customizable and can be used to attract a large range of insects, like pollinators like bees and butterflies. Wonder hasn’t yet announced the pre-order or shipping dates for its products.
